Ms. Marie Ribière practices mainly in corporate and commercial law.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Ribière practiced at a boutique firm where she advised and assisted small and medium-sized businesses in mergers, acquisitions and corporate reorganizations.

Ms. Ribière sits on the Board of Directors of the association Cheminement Équivalences which helps foreign jurists to integrate a legal order in Quebec.

Me Ribière has been awarded the Paris-Quebec 2020 Prize presented jointly by Justice Pro Bono and Barreau de Paris Solidarité for her volunteer commitment to the Albatross Foundation association, which aims to promote free education for youth regarding sustainable development.
