Ms. Ribière practices mainly in corporate and commercial law.

As part of her practice, Ms. Ribière advises her clients on their corporate structure and takes part in the negotiation and drafting of various legal documents in connection with business sales and acquisitions, as well as corporate reorganizations. Ms. Ribière supports her clients both in major commercial transactions and in their day-to-day operations.

Since 2025, Ms. Ribière has served as Vice President of the BNI Montréal Affaires chapter.
